Shipping Guarantee

 Here at Unique Jewellery, we guarantee your item will be securely and attractively packaged, and promptly dispatched to you by the fastest delivery method available. 

Orders are dispatched same or next business day from when they are received. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

All orders will receive an email confirmation, and you will receive a 2nd notification email with tracking details on dispatch.




Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via Australia Post with tracking and signature on delivery for a flat rate charge of $8.50 per parcel, or StarTrack Courier. You can expect to receive your parcel within 3 - 5 business days from dispatch. A little longer if you live in a remote area. 


All orders over $97 with a delivery location within Australia will receive complimentary shipping FREE.


If you live in the local postcode 2343, shipping is FREE regardless of the amount you spend. This will automatically apply at the cart during the checkout process.


If you are ordering on our Australian site but sending to an international address, please note that charges are $15 to send to New Zealand and $35 to send to the rest of the world. 





We use DHL international & Australia Post Airmail for our international shipping.

All orders with a delivery location of New Zealand will receive a charge of $15 shipping.

All orders with a delivery location other than New Zealand, that is The Rest Of The World will receive a charge of $35 shipping.

Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your country.

 You may incur import duties/taxes/customs charges in your destination country. This is not part of our delivery charge and we recommend you investigate the import regulations of your country before placing an order. 


Unique Jewellery does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Please contact us   if you have any questions prior to ordering.




Please include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Unique Jewellery will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent


Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.
